Livestock Farming Facility Wastewater Treatment System

For the livestock farming facility for fattening pigs (Kagoshima Prefecture), we delivered two units of the multi-disc screw press dehydrator MDC-series for sludge dehydration, and six units of the submersible air mixer TAR-series for aeration and agitation.
The MDC-series has no sludge feed tank. The unit equipped with φ350 screws was highly evaluated for its ability to handle large processing volumes, enable continuous automatic operation with simple controls, and minimize labor required for sludge dehydration.
The TAR-series is an energy-saving aeration and agitation system capable of both aerobic and anaerobic treatment. It achieves high oxygen transfer efficiency with low power consumption, operates quietly underwater, and maintains a hygienic environment with minimal spray and odor.
Both products have been widely adopted by livestock farming facilities throughout Kagoshima Prefecture, and their proven track record and long-standing reliability led to their selection for this project.
